  • The winner of the Prize shall be intimated through email on the registered email address.
  • ECWM shall, with the help of the authorised vendor, attempt to have the ‘Prize’ excluding ‘Mega Prize’ delivered at the registered mailing address of the winner. If the Prize is undelivered, ECWM shall, at its sole discretion, attempt to have the ‘Prize’ delivered two more times. If the ‘Prize’ is still undelivered, ECWM shall hold the ‘Prize’ till next 30 days, within which period, the Customer should contact ECWM to avail the ‘Prize’. After the termination of this time period, ECWM shall be under no obligation to entertain any requests or claims for the ‘Prize’ item. In order for the ‘Prize’ to be delivered to the eligible and winning Customer, the Customer understands and permits ECWM shall share the Customer(s)’(s) details like name, address, phone number etc. with the authorised vendor for delivery of the Gift item. In case a Customer cancels any transaction/s, due to which he/she had qualified for the ‘Prize’, then the Customer shall no more be eligible for the Gift.
  • The winners shall be announced within 30 days of the end of the Program Period.
  • ‘Prize’ shall be sent to the qualifying Customers within 30 days of the end of the Program Period. ‘Prize’ is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.

AHA TAXIS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • In case of partial payment, the balance payment of trip needs to be paid in advance at the time of pick-up
  • The booking will be for cab type HATCHBACK, SUV or SEDAN and we do not commit on providing any preferred cab model (Indica, Swift or similar)
